The Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) is a technology and innovation platform built to provide access to the disruptive technologies that affect the revenue, talent, and technology pipelines of Northern Maryland.

our mission

Our mission is to encourage technically-skilled workforce development.

We started our organization to build business connections with community leaders from industry, academia, and government in order to increase regional economic growth.

Our Impact

Events

Our events give you the opportunity to interact with business, government, and academic institutions at one-of-a-kind events and programs. We host monthly presentations on topics of technology and business interests.

education

NMTC provides educational resources for Harford county students including sponsorships, STEM programs, and workforce opportunities. Having the right resources is essential for success and it is our aim to teach our community how to build a strong STEM foundation during K-12 and college.

COMMUNITY

In addition to our technology and STEM programs, NMTC hosts frequent networking/education programs connecting leaders from the defense contracting sector, federal, state, regional government, and industry. Our efforts focus on Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore county.
