Executive peer roundtables, when available in the community, are often priced on a per member basis from $1,200-$3,000 per year, plus additional meeting costs. Participation in the NMTC Roundtable is included as a benefit of NMTC membership.
The mission of the NMTC Grow Your Business Roundtable is to provide practical guidance to member challenges and opportunities, serving as an advisory group to its members, who are, for the majority, owners, CEO’s or senior leaders of growing businesses.
An executive self-help group made up of owners and CEO’s of growing businesses whose focus is to provide a secure and enabling platform to discuss issues and challenges facing growing enterprises. Each group is formed with non-competing members, to assure the maximum sharing of information and advice, in a confidential forum.
A professional facilitator, Jack Schammel, guides the group through critical topics of importance that include all areas that influence or impact a growing business.
(Jack, as President of Leading Logic, shares more than 25 years of management, entrepreneurial, and consulting experience to guide the NMTC Roundtable. He is often called the Baltimore Business Coach, and is recognized as an expert at guiding strategy development, process improvement, leadership development, and fostering employee engagement throughout the Mid Atlantic region).
This group is offered to all NMTC members in good standing, with each NMTC Roundtable composed of non-competing members/companies.
Meetings are once a month at the University Center to discuss our challenges and opportunities, on the third Friday of each month from 7:30am to 9:00am.
Almost daily our members are faced with making decisions that can make it or break it,for them and their business, and therefore become the frequently encountered situations that were not anticipated.
Our members, for the most part, are owners and CEO’s of growth companies and value having a grand council to bounce ideas off or to consult with on challenges and strategies.
NMTC Roundtables are the 3rd Friday of each month, 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the University Center, 1201 Technology Dr, Aberdeen, MD 21001
