Education is poised to undergo a transformation over the next decade like none seen in the modern age.

Changing technology, workplaces, and social norms will place new demands on educational structures. At the same time, more opportunities for non-standard learning exist than ever before.

If we take advantage of these opportunities, in 10 years the STEM classroom in northern Maryland will look very different than what it does today.

What will it look like? What will it look like if we don’t keep pace?

The STEM Summit is a collaboration of businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profits brought together by Northeastern Maryland Technology Council and Aberdeen Proving Ground to ensure the preparation of our students for critical, high-impact STEM careers.
