Membership includes all eligible employees for one calendar year, January 1 through December 31. As members, they attend NMTC meetings at no charge, or, at a reduced rate for other fee involved events, such as Visionary Awards Gala, GOLF4STEM Tournament, WOW! World of Wine Tasting, iDisruptor Tech Talks, TECH CONN3CT workshops and other fee-involved events.

A unique benefit to membership is FREE participation in the NMTC Tech Leadership Round Table –  a professionally facilitated, peer advisory group accelerating each members business growth.

Overall, the NMTC focuses on:

  1. Advancing technology and innovation.
Our iDisruptor Tech Talk exposes and shares the game changing technologies emerging and predicted to have broad, positive, possibly negative impact on existing business models. Our TechKey Talks offer informal sharing of solutions providing the ‘key’ that eliminates/reduces problems with personal use of technology – at work, at home, at play. They reduce the annoying, perplexing ‘speed-bumps’, dead-ends in the use of, and hesitancy to purchase of technology and products with potential to increase personal productivity, decision making and satisfaction.
  2. Building and inspiring the workforce for the future.  Our Workforce of the Future Summits are modeled after our successful STEM Workforce Summits that provided leading edge conversations bringing together for collaboration our school systems (providers/producers) and industry/ government (users/ customers), to introduce and accelerate STEM education in our schools. They in turn, created our successful STEM Nights & Beyond program that became a nationally recognized STEM program, and since is now the role model for hundreds of STEM Nights now occurring in county schools, every year. Now, we utilize the same resources
  3. Creating a Collaborative Community.  We connect business, government and industry leaders.  NMTC’s frequent networking/education programs, GOLF4STEM tournament, WOW! World of Wine, annual Visionary Awards Gala and our highly-referenced, web-based Technology Resource Directory are key ways NMTC connects leaders from the defense contracting sector, federal, state and local government, academia and industry.

Please join us and contribute to the the mission. A significant portion of membership dues supports our community efforts advancing technology and innovation summits, building the Workforce for the Future, hosting Technology Talks/Events, over $22,000 in annual scholarships, many to high school women in STEM fields and our more recent student laptop donation program, NMTC LIFTS ( Laptops Inspire Future Tech Students)
